Here's one that you may not have heard yet, it's a tune from L.A. Indie pop band The Submarines. Can you imagine, this band has two members who broke up (romantically), but continued to write songs? In the end, their debut album was mastered by a friend for them as a wedding present in 2006! Very Cool!
The Submarines current album, released in 2008, is called Honeysuckle Weeks. Below is a "live" version of "You Me and the Bourgeoisie".
Keep your ears open, I hear this track is going to be in an Apple commercial. We all know what that did for Feist, CSS, and The Ting Tings. The Submarines could be next.
